Wholesale Telegram Members for Resellers: Tiers, Refill, Geo

Members is the largest single category in the TGRU catalogue by service count, and the one every panel and agency reseller touches first. This article stays inside that one category — mix, refill-window and non-drop lines, geo, drip-feed, and how to build your own retail tiers on top. Premium Members is a different product with its own pricing logic and gets its own article; if that's what you're sourcing, look there instead.

The three line types, and why they're priced differently

Every Members line on TGRU falls into one of three shapes:

  • Plain mix, no refill. The lowest-priced entry point — Telegram Members [Mix Country] runs from $0.033 per 1,000 (September 2026). No refill window, no non-drop claim: what delivers is what you get, and any later drop is the buyer's risk to absorb or yours to price around.
  • Refill-window lines. A refill line costs more per 1,000 because the provider is committing to top up any drop for a fixed period — Telegram Members [30 Days Refill] [Mix Country] at $0.088 per 1,000 (September 2026) is a representative mid-tier example. The refill window is the product; you're not paying for a bigger number at delivery, you're paying for the right to reclaim a drop later.
  • Non-drop lines. These sit between the two: no refill button, but the service is sold with a claim that the count holds for a stated period. Telegram Members [Non Drop 1 Days] [Mix Country] is the shortest of these in the current catalogue, at $0.165 per 1,000 (September 2026).

Across the 167 active Members services, 54 currently carry a refill option — just under a third. The rest are either plain mix or non-drop, so refill isn't something to assume on a line; it's something to check on the specific service card before you promise it to a client.

What refill actually covers

A refill isn't a top-up to whatever number the buyer wants — it replaces the gap between what was delivered and what's dropped, up to the original order quantity, and only for the count that was actually delivered in the first place. It only works inside the window printed on the service: a 7-day refill line stops covering drop on day eight, a 45-day line on day forty-six. Ordering the refill after the window closes doesn't reopen it.

This matters for how you price retail tiers: a refill window is a cost you're carrying for the length of that window, not a one-off. If you're reselling a 30-day refill line, budget for the possibility of pulling that refill at any point inside the month, not just at the point of sale.

Geo lines: matching supply to your customer's audience

Some catalogue categories carry geo-tagged lines — restricted to a stated country or region rather than a general mix, the way Comments, Shares, Post Views and Bot Starts carry Arab, Brazil, China and similar tags. Geo lines exist because a buyer growing a channel aimed at one market doesn't want a member count that's obviously mismatched with where their actual audience sits.

Availability rotates with supply, so check the service catalogue for which geo-tagged Members lines are live before quoting a client on a specific country. Where no geo line is currently listed for a market, mix remains the only option — don't imply a country match that the service card doesn't state.

Drip-feed: spreading delivery so growth looks organic

Members lines in the catalogue support drip-feed — delivering an order in scheduled runs instead of all at once. Through the API, that's the runs and interval parameters on an add call; a drip-feed order charges the full amount up front, and any runs that haven't fired yet are refunded if the order is cancelled.

For a reseller, drip-feed is less about hiding the order and more about pacing it to look like the organic growth curve a real channel would show — a sudden step-change in member count is the thing that stands out, not the total.

Only one order can run against a given link at a time. Placing a second order on the same link while the first is still running doesn't speed delivery up — it scrambles the baseline that any later refill measures against, because the system can no longer tell which delivered units came from which order. If a client wants more volume urgently, wait for the running order to clear before placing the next one, or split the volume across separate, sequential orders rather than parallel ones.

Pricing your own retail tiers on top

The wholesale rate is only the input. What you charge your own customers needs to cover:

  • The wholesale cost itself, at whatever line you're sourcing from.
  • The refill liability, if the line carries one — a longer window is a longer period where you might have to spend balance again on the same order.
  • Your support and dispute-handling time, which scales with order volume regardless of margin per unit.
  • A volume structure, if you want repeat business — most resellers price small orders at a higher per-unit markup and larger or recurring orders at a tighter one, rather than a single flat multiplier across every quantity.

There's no single correct multiplier, and it isn't useful to quote one here — your costs, client base and support overhead aren't the same as anyone else's. Build the tier structure around the wholesale price-from figures above and your own margin target, and revisit it whenever the underlying rate moves.

FAQ

What's the difference between a refill line and a non-drop line? A refill line gives you a button to reclaim a drop for a fixed window after delivery. A non-drop line makes no such offer — it's sold with a claim that the count holds for a stated period, with no refill mechanism if it doesn't.

Can I order Members and Premium Members on the same link? Yes, but each is a separate order under the one-order-per-link rule — run them sequentially rather than in parallel on the same link.

Do all Members lines support drip-feed? Every line referenced in this article supports drip-feed via the runs and interval API parameters; check the individual service card to confirm before relying on it for a specific line.

How do I know which geo lines are currently available? Check the service list directly — geo availability rotates with supply, and a country tag only applies where the service name states it.

Open a reseller account, fund it in crypto, and place a test order on a Members line through the dashboard or the API before you build it into your own panel's pricing.
