A. Agreement & eligibility

TGRU sells prepaid Telegram growth services. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live and must not use the panel for illegal ends.

1. These terms cover the website, member area, and documented API.
2. Separate wholesale paperwork overrides this page only for the accounts named in that paperwork.
3. If you disagree with any clause, do not deposit or order.

B. Services offered

The live catalog may include members, views, reactions, engagement tools, Premium, Stars, bot traffic, and SEO-related lines. Cards state rate, limits, speed estimates, and guarantee notes.

1. Estimates are not hard SLAs unless a signed deal says so.
2. Refill coverage equals the delivered amount and the printed window only.
3. Pricing and stock can change without prior notice.
4. Natural fluctuation is not automatically a defect.

C. Order rules

1. Choose the correct service for the link type (channel, group, post, bot).
2. Targets must remain public/reachable while work runs.
3. Do not queue overlapping jobs on the same link.
4. Submitted quantity and link are immutable.
5. Drip schedules charge full cost up front; unfired runs refund to balance on cancel.
6. Partial completion refunds the unfinished slice to balance.

Opening a payment dispute instead of a support ticket may suspend the account and remaining funds.

D. Finance

1. Deposits increase panel balance for service purchases and are generally non-withdrawable.
2. Eligible refunds and partials credit balance, not the original payment method, unless we state otherwise.
3. Pending jobs that never left queue may cancel for full balance return when the UI allows.
4. In-progress cancels are reviewed against delivered quantity.
5. Refill claims need the order ID and must arrive inside the guarantee window.

E. Identity & access

1. Protect credentials; enable 2FA.
2. One person or company per account unless resale terms expand that.
3. We never ask for Telegram passwords or login codes.
4. Fraud, abuse, or infrastructure risk can end access without notice.

F. Prohibited activity

Forbidden uses include illegal content, scams, malware, promoting assets you do not control, violating Telegram’s rules, or attacking our systems/API.

Violating orders can be cancelled with no refund. Repeat offenders may be banned permanently.

G. Liability limits

1. Service is “as is”. Platform bans or limits by Telegram are outside our control.
2. Cap on liability for an order equals the price of that order.
3. No liability for indirect losses or third-party outages.
4. Mandatory consumer protections still apply where they cannot be waived.

H. Resellers & API

1. API keys are confidential; rotate on exposure.
2. Resellers support their own customers.
3. Abusive automation may lose key access.
4. Public contract: API documentation.

I. Data handling

1. We keep email, balance, order history, and public targets you submit.
2. We do not sell personal data.
3. Payment partners process deposits under their policies.
4. Data requests go through tickets.

J. Updates

We may revise this page. The revision date above tracks the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions → Tickets.
